Children are great imitators. They learn more effectively through what they see, hear, and feel. Sadly, the world often feeds them a steady diet of harmful influences, shaping how they think, live, and dream. That’s why The Menora City Initiative (TMC), formerly known as the Foundation of Light Outreach (FOLO), exists to introduce every child to the life-transforming light of Jesus Christ.

Yesterday, that light shone brightly. We had the honour of visiting Hope at Last Orphanage in Ayobo, Lagos State, and what a divine encounter it was. From the moment we stepped in, we could feel God’s heart beating for these little ones.

We spent time teaching the children about intimacy with God, helping them understand that He is not distant or silent, but present, loving, and eager to walk with them. Their curiosity was striking; they had so many honest, heartfelt questions about God. And by the grace of God, we answered with truth and tenderness.

As the atmosphere deepened, something beautiful happened:

💫 Three children surrendered their lives to Jesus.
🔥 And during our closing prayer as partners, one of us received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues for the first time.

It wasn’t just an outreach, it was a moment of revival.

We are deeply grateful to those who stood with us to make this visit possible. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing partners. To every sponsor and silent supporter, your seeds are eternal. Though we may not name you all, heaven sees your sacrifice, and we pray your harvest will overflow.

Let’s continue to raise a generation that knows God, loves Him, and walks in His light.
